Background

Chris is an effective strategist, negotiator, and client advocate drawing on his diverse experience. He brings knowledge from the landlord, tenant and lender perspective.

 

Prior to joining ARES Group, Chris was an Assistant Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank where he managed loan work-outs and troubled asset portfolios. He was recruited by Trammel Crow Company to manage both tenant representation and landlord retail leasing. His “in-house” corporate retail experience includes fast food and casual dining as Regional Development Manager at Pizza Hut / PepsiCo, Vice President of National Retail Development for Chevy’s Restaurants / PepsiCo and Vice President of Development for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. Chris has also been a mortgage lender originating over $300 million of loans.

 

Chris received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Duke University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
